In order for the Advertisement Committee to promote your event, please complete the Advertisement Form below.When you submit your event information, the Advertisement Committee will receive the original, a copy will automatically be sent to Trinity's office and Pastor Terry. This way everyone will have the same information and knows the details when asked. Please allow us at least 4 weeks advanced notice so we can get your ad to the news media. Some media publication requires 3 weeks advance notices. Explanations of fields on form;

Your Name: Enter YOUR name. (The person submitting the form) (Required) Name of Committee: Enter the name of the Committee hosting the event. (Required) Who is the contact person for this Committee?: Enter name of the person in charge of the event. If you are the Contact Person, enter "Same". (Required) Phone number of Contact Person: Enter the phone number of the Contact Person. (Required) What is your relationship to this Committee?: Select the proper connection you have with the Committee. (Required) Email Address: Enter your Email address. (Required) This Section is for Advertisement and Publication Purposes
Name of Event: Enter the Name of the Event. (Required) Location of Event: Enter the location where the event will be held at. (Required) Event Date: Enter the date(s) of event. (Required) Starting time of Event: Enter the starting time of event Ending time of Event: Enter the ending time of event if it applies. Donation Price(s) for Event: Enter the donation price amounts. Be sure to include age range for different donation pricing. Event Benefit for: Enter what the event is for. Event Description (for Church publications): Enter "FULL" description of event for in church publication. ie: Bulleting, The Beacon. (Required) Event Description (for Community Media advertisements: There may be a charge involved. If same as Church publications, enter "Same"): Enter the description you want to be placed in the news media. There may be a charge for this service but we try to find "FREE" ad space first if available. You may want to down size this information since there may be a charge. Any charges for ads will be charged again the committee that is hosting the event. If it is the same as the "Event Description (for Church publications)", enter "Same". Event Second Contact Name: Enter Second contact persons name if other than the church for a contact or to add a second contact person. Event Second Contact Phone Number: Enter Second contact persons phone number if other than the church for a contact or to add a second contact persons phone number. Event Second Contact Email: Enter Second contact persons email address if other than the church for a contact or to add a second contact persons phone number. This Section is for Advertisement Media Purposes. Will attempt to obtain free ads when possible. Any ads that require payment will be charged to the Committee providing event.
